Virtual education for population with needs, educational programs in the city of Zipaquirá.
Provide educational and job training virtually and in person to 71 disabled children who are part of the Esperanza Mariana Foundation. At the end of the project, there will be a business unit that will make this proposal sustainable.
It was identified that in the city of Zipaquirá, the population of young people with disabilities is served by the Esperanza Mariana Foundation (FEM). Due to the COVID 19 situation it has not been possible to have face-to-face training again and it is necessary to provide virtual training to 71 children. The institution does not have the technological infrastructure to do it virtually. This project will train the institution’s teachers to provide distance education and will provide the tools and accessibility to students to access an educational process that includes specific classes for the disabled population, music training and job training. The families of the 71 children, the FEM and 10 teachers of the foundation will also be beneficiaries.
